What to Expect at the Gorleston Clifftop Festival
The Gorleston Clifftop Festival will take place on August 2 and 3, 2025, with free entry for all. Supported by lead sponsor First Furnishings and other local sponsors including Gorleston Pavilion Theatre, Rex Camper Rentals, and Rex Metal Recycling, the festival continues to grow in popularity each year.
From classic fairground attractions to new, exciting features, here’s what attendees can look forward to in 2025:
New Additions and Family Favourites
One of the biggest new attractions this year is the big wheel, offering panoramic views across the festival site and seafront. Children will enjoy meeting the friendly donkeys and alpacas. Older visitors can browse stalls, taste local food, or relax to live music by the beach.
The ever-popular fun dog show will take place on August 2. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early to register your furry companion!
Main Stage and Acoustic Arena
Live music will run from 12 pm to 10 pm on both days, with a wide range of genres from pop and rock to folk and indie. Local artists and famous acts will perform on the main stage. The acoustic arena will provide a relaxed space for performances all day.
Entertainment for Children and Families
For younger festival-goers, the children’s arena is packed with excitement. Don’t miss the silent disco, back by popular demand, as well as a special visit from Lightning McQueen and Star Wars characters. Creative fun is also on the cards thanks to The Reprezent Project, offering hands-on activities and workshops.
WAW Wrestlers and Evening Fireworks
Get ready for high-energy action with a performance by the WAW Wrestlers, entertaining crowds on Saturday afternoon. The festival ends with a beautiful fireworks display at 10 pm on Sunday, August 3. The pyrotechnics will light up the Gorleston sky and finish the weekend with excitement.
